We collect only what we need to get an order to you: your name, your WhatsApp number, and your delivery address. If you create an account, we also store your password as a cryptographic hash — never the password itself.

We never see or store card details. Payment happens through a link we send you on WhatsApp, outside this website, so no payment information ever reaches our systems.

Your number is used to send you order updates and to answer your questions. We don't send marketing messages, and we don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone except the courier delivering your order.

Order records are kept for our accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and your saved addresses at any time by messaging us — order records we're required to keep will stay, but nothing else will.

This site stores a small amount of data in your browser: your cart, your language, and a sign-in token if you have an account. None of it is used for advertising or tracking you across other sites.
