Returns & exchanges

You can return anything you buy from us within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item needs to be unworn, unwashed and in the condition it arrived in, with its tags still attached.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We'll arrange collection from the same address we delivered to, anywhere in Kuwait.

Once we've received the item and checked it, we refund the amount you paid to the same method you paid with. Refunds usually take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank.

The delivery fee is refunded only if the item was faulty or we sent you the wrong thing. If an item arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund it in full, including delivery.
